What started as support for business operations and organization grew into something bigger: a firm that helps clients stay on track financially, stay compliant, and stay supported through every season of business and life.

Meet Keysi
Keysi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, which gave her early experience working with clients and navigating complex details. That legal background shaped her ability to stay precise, organized, and client-focused.
In 2020, she launched her own businesses, including a design studio and a consulting company. Over the years, she’s worn many hats: designer, systems expert, and business owner. She had the operations in place, the tools to stay organized, and the drive to grow. But as her businesses expanded, one missing piece became impossible to ignore: the finances. Understanding how money moves in and out of a business, how it’s taxed, what deductions are available, and what’s required to stay compliant isn’t optional, it’s essential. That realization led her to step into the financial services space so she could support both herself and her clients more fully, that’s why she decided to expand her consulting work into something bigger: Hodge & Co. Solutions, a multi-service firm created to offer broader support and meet clients’ evolving needs.
Over the past two years, Keysi has strengthened her financial knowledge through hands-on experience working alongside one of the top accountants in Memphis, TN. That training, combined with her legal and entrepreneurial background, allows her to support clients with accuracy, structure, and care. Her approach is down-to-earth, practical, and rooted in the realities of running a business, because she’s doing it too.
Meet Cindy
With over 10 years of experience in administrative support and bookkeeping, Cindy brings a steady, detail-focused approach to managing the numbers. She currently leads the bookkeeping department at Hodge & Co. Solutions, where she supports freelancers, service providers, and small business owners with the day-to-day financial tasks that keep things running smoothly.
From payroll and invoicing to reconciliations and monthly reporting, she’s well-versed in the tools and systems that make bookkeeping more efficient and less stressful. In addition to her bookkeeping expertise, Cindy also assists clients with immigration documents and translation, helping ensure paperwork is accurate, clear, and completed correctly.
Known for her reliability and calm presence, she thrives behind the scenes, making sure everything adds up while helping clients stay compliant and confident in their finances.
