Get your HoneyBook account set up for success with our time-saving DFY (Done-For-You) service.

  • Data Migration: If you are currently using another CRM tool, I will transfer your contacts, emails, forms, and any other information to HoneyBook.

    Workflow Mapping Call: We will discuss your existing process, strategize & establish the best-streamlined workflow for your business. 

     ✓ Account settings: I will take care of all your account settings to ensure proper function of the platform, as well as other customizations like project statuses and client tags.

     ✓ Canned Emails & Branded Form Design: I will set up your canned emails (including copywriting for any missing canned emails). Design and build ALL your forms including contracts, questionnaires, guides, etc.

     ✓ Packages & Payment Plans: I will setup all your services, packages and your payment plans (and payment reminders!)

    Schedulers: I will setup the schedulers (and appointment reminders!) for all the events you held in your business.

    Client Portal: I will design beautiful client portal banners to make it feel like an extension of your website (check out my portfolio to see examples!)

    Workflow implementation: I will complete a workflow implementation for all the steps and actions included in your workflow process. The goal is to automate most, if not all of these (if possible.)

    ✓ Off-boarding Meeting & Training: I will teach you how to navigate and get the best out of your HoneyBook account & access to the recording video to watch it as many times as you’d like or share it with your team. 

     ✓ 30 days of follow-up support: To help you with any questions, troubleshooting, or if you get stuck along the way.

    BONUS!(optional): Up to 3 external automation or software integration to connect HoneyBook with another platform using Zapier (e.g. Add a new lead or client to your email list).

  • 1- Let’s chat!
    Get in touch by booking a FREE discovery call so we can learn more about your project. This will help me see where your business is at regarding processes and systems.

    2- Let ’s make it official!
    You will receive a customized proposal, contract, & invoice to review and sign. You must submit payment to save your spot and before works begin.

    3- Your ‘homework’!
    You will receive a form that you must fill out, which will provide me with more info about your business’s branding, logo, images, colors, etc. Don't forget this step! Filling this out will ensure that all your forms are branded and customized to your business.

    4- Let’s strategize!
    Next, you will book your 90-Min Workflow Mapping Call. The workflow mapping call is a deep dive session where we will discuss how your business works and the best-automated approach to ensure efficiency for your business.

    5- We are done!
    After your workflow is completed and properly tested, it's time to train you! We will spend 90 minutes walking you through your new workflow. If you still have questions or get stuck, don't worry! I will stick around 30 days to provide assistance as well as recorded videos to answer your questions.

    4- Workflow Mapping: 1 1/2 - 2hrs

    5- Build workflows and test them: 0hrs!

    6- Off-boarding: 2hrs

    7- Self-guided learning: 5-20 hours to go through all the resources, available videos and learning the platform (your responsibility and your success utilizing the platform depends on you!).

  • This is an important question before making any investment. If you are not familiar with HoneyBook and its features, I offer a 30-min FREE Consultation call to help you determine if the Complete HoneyBook Set-Up is right for you.

  • Your Complete HoneyBook Set-Up includes 30 days of follow-up support to help you with any questions, troubleshooting, small changes, and revisions. However, it does not include a complete rework of your workflow due to a service change. An additional fee may apply.
