For clients who want a complete, personalized design plan but prefer to manage the project, purchasing, and implementation independently. We will work closely with you to create a comprehensive design plan that includes layout recommendations, color schemes, decor choices, and more. With this plan in hand, you'll have the freedom to execute the project at your own pace.

1- Project Kickoff
You’ll start by completing a design questionnaire and sharing photos of your space. If needed, we’ll schedule a brief site visit, phone call, or video meeting to go over any details that require extra clarity before we begin your design.2- Design Development
We’ll create your full design plan, including a concept board, layout, paint and finish suggestions, and curated furniture and decor selections. If your project calls for it, We’ll provide physical samples to help you confidently choose materials.3- Final Delivery & Support
Once the design has been reviewed, approved, and any revisions are complete, you’ll receive the final plan along with your shopping list and we will deliver updated samples if applicable. You’ll also have 30 days of support as you work through the setup. -

Kitchens and bathrooms involve a lot of moving parts, and a lot of decisions. This service helps you choose finishes that not only look good but also work well for everyday life. From tile to paint to countertops, we’ll guide you through each choice so the final look feels cohesive, functional, and aligned with your style.

1- Project Kickoff
You’ll start by completing a short design questionnaire to share your goals and preferences. We’ll then schedule a site visit to take photos and measurements of the space. If anything needs further discussion, we can follow up with a quick call or meeting.2- Design Development
We’ll create a complete finish selection plan with recommended materials and finishes, including samples when needed. We’ll meet in person or virtually to review the selections, talk through any questions, and confirm that everything feels right before moving forward.3- Final Delivery & Support
After revisions are complete and selections are approved, you’ll receive your full design package with finish details, product notes, and an FF&E schedule if needed. A printed copy will be provided for new builds. You’ll also have 30 days of email support for any final questions during the renovation. -

3- Style & Shoot
This service focuses on quick updates that help your listing look clean, polished, and ready to photograph. It’s a good fit for sellers who want their home to feel prepared without a lot of effort, and for agents who need clean, well-styled photos on a tight timeline. It works well for occupied homes or spaces that don’t need full staging but still benefit from light décor, thoughtful styling, and bright interior photography.

1. Inquiry & Initial Review
When you reach out, we ask for basic details about the home along with photos of each space. This helps us understand the layout, the amount of styling needed, and the photography scope. Once we review everything, we send a clear estimate based on the home’s size and the level of preparation required.
2. Schedule a Walkthrough
After the estimate is approved, we schedule a quick walkthrough to see the home in person. This visit lets us understand the flow of each room and create a simple prep list so the home is clean and ready for styling.
3. Styling Day & Photography
We work with your existing furniture and add light touches such as pillows, throws, greenery, and simple accents. We reset surfaces and complete light cleaning so each room feels balanced, calm, and photo-ready. Once the home is styled, we photograph the space using clean, bright angles that highlight its best features
4. Photo Delivery
Edited photos are delivered through an online link in a short window, ready for your listing.
